Avoid accommodation on Normal Site, it's far. If you need to travel to Liverpool Airport book a coach ticket. Its much easier and cheaper than going by train.

This place is quite expensive, especially accomondation (double of what I spend in my home country), fresh fruits and meat are expensive too. Using discount offers and special offers helps.

Bangor is a great small city with a thriving center full of students from all over the world. The local people are interesting, a lot of Welsh is spoken, and the natural setting is beautiful.
