Michael Ellis MA, UKCP Registered, BACP Registered practitioner, is a psychotherapist, consultant and trainer with twenty years experience of working with groups and consulting to teams in various settings particularly in the public and voluntary sector. He is a Director of the Gestalt Centre and a tutor on the MA programme in group and individual psychotherapy. His MA is in Consultancy with Organisations from the Tavistock Clinic.

Increase your awareness and understanding of underlying group processes that affect the functioning of groups and teams.
The workshop will focus on:
- Considering the “group as a whole”
- Identifying underlying processes in your group or team and how you can work with them
- Overt and covert norms and roles in groups
- Learning from a “here and now” experiential group
