Course Description

The Understanding Working in the Health Sector Certificate Level 2 QCF course provides the learners with knowledge and understanding of the health care sector and the different roles within the healthcare sector. The course will help to develop the leaners skills needed to work within this sector and become an effective member of the team.

The course will develop the learners knowledge in a number of areas within the health care sector, including; the role of a healthcare worker, communication skills, personal development in the health sector, health/safety and security in the health sector, understanding quality standards, equality, diversity and inclusion.
