Course content:

If you are not currently assessing but want to develop your career in this area, then you should do the Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment. You do not need candidates to achieve this qualification.

If you are currently or about to start assessing NVQ type qualifications in the workplace then you should do the Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment.

If you are currently or about to start assessing VRQ type qualifications in the classroom then you should do the Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement.

If you are currently or about to start assessing both VRQ and NVQ type qualifications then you should do the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.
