Course programme

The aims of the course are therefore to enable course participants to: a) understand the requirements of Section G3 of the Building Regulations relating to the design, installation and service & maintenance of unvented hot water storage systems and how to comply with the Regulations. b) identify typical faults associated with the installation or maintenance of unvented hot water storage systems. c) understand the requirements of Part L1 of the Building Regulations detailing - Conservation of Fuel and Power as they relate to the design, installation and service & maintenance of hot water and central heating systems. d) complete a range of assessment tests to confirm their competence in points a) to c).
