Increasingly management accountants are required by the wider business community to not just ‘keep score’, but to provide better information that supports key decision making. Central to this is the selection of appropriate indicators which will help drive the business forward. This course equips delegates with some tools to help them in this role.
The course defines what a true KPI is and provides delegates with the opportunity to define the appropriate KPIs for their own organisation, using certain techniques. The course also considers how financial information generally can be better presented to improve its clarity and impact.
