Description
This course is designed to provide adequate training for the owner, loading staff and drivers to familiarise themselves with correct restraint requirements. Load restraint offences are becoming more frequent as enforcement officers focus on drivers who fail to adequately restrain loads. Every person involved with the loading of the truck is responsible for the load restraint. In the event of a load, or part thereof, becoming dislodged from a truck, the driver and everyone involved with the loading could face legal proceedings. This may include criminal charges.
