The VENUE 210V: Live Sound Production course is designed for current or future operators of VENUE. The course focuses on configuration, operation, mixing techniques and record/playback with Pro Tools systems. We cover plenty of tips and tricks – even for the experienced VENUE user.
Topics include:
- VENUE configuration and basic troubleshooting
- Standalone D-Show software and remote control capability of VENUE
- Patchbay operation and assignments
- Basic operation (input, output, Assignable Center Section (ACS))
- Use of Auxes, Groups, Matrix, and PQ Mixers
- Advanced VENUE mixing techniques
- TDM Plug-Ins – installation, usuage, management
- Snapshot/recall automation modes
- Using VENUE as a FOH or Monitor board
- Using Pro Tools HD and LE for record/playback from VENUE
- Using MIDI sequencing features
Upon successful completion of Pro Tools 210V students are eligible to take the VENUE Certification exam.
