Students learn to use DV cameras and DSLR's with ancillary equipment for capture of high definition footage and digital audio. Digital editing is learned utilising Final Cut Pro. Crews are formed for projects so that students gain experience in storyboarding, location research, scripting, camera operations, direction and editing. They will consider story telling conventions such as narration and sound/image interplay so as to make decisions on telling their own stories. Suitable for: We believe that the most important qualification for our courses is enthusiasm for the subject, a desire to learn creative talent. We have students who are at varying levels; some are beginner while others already work in the industry. At the end of your course we would expect you to have a level 3 qualification.
