An 8 assignment home study course exploring ways of becoming more assertive and effective in all areas. An assertive approach can pay dividends both in your work life and your personal life, helping to create better relationships with family, friends and colleagues, and communicate more effectively in all situations. The activities and assignments throughout the course will help you to develop the confidence and skills you need to make a positive, lasting impression both at work and in your personal life.

Study topics include:

Students have up to three years to complete this course, allowing them to work through the modules at their own pace. On average, however, it takes students around 10 - 12 months to complete the course, based on 2 - 3 hours study time per week.
