What is Swedish Body Massage?

Swedish Body massage is a relaxing form of massage to help relieve muscle tension, stress relief, lymphatic drainage in the whole body.

This is the first stage and most commonly used massage qualification

6 evening’s tuition, home study plus 1 assessment day.
