Watermarks in Photoshop
By Michael Topham

Imaging skills

31 July 2008 10:08

Watermarks are very useful if you need to protect your images and they can prevent other people trying to re-use them, claiming them as their own work. It's important to know that all photographers own the copyright to their photographs. The only exception to this is if an agreement has been made that assigns copyright to another party. Any reproduction of images without a photographer's consent is an infringement of copyright law.

This watermark video tutorial will run through Actions, the Custom Shape tool and the Horizontal Text tool in Photoshop and is brought to you by Michael Topham, Technical Writer for Digital Photo and Photoanswers.
