Course Overview
This course is designed for students wishing to have a greater understanding of Customer Service. It has been developed for employees working within customer service sectors. Course Structure
This course is designed as a part-time one day course. Each session will begin at 09.00 and finish at 4.00 with a short break mid morning and afternoon with an hour lunch break.
Qualification Aims
To be able to provide a good level of customer service, as appraised by the Welcome Host scheme.
Assessments/Examinations
Welcome Host provide a workbook for completion throughout the day.
