Welcome Host Introductory Certificate Level 1

Course Overview
This course is designed for students wishing to have a greater understanding of Customer Service. It has been developed for employees working within customer service sectors. It is designed to offer world class standards of service that meet, and when ever possible exceed, the expectations of customer on a consistent basis.

Course Structure
This course is designed as a part-time one day course. Each session will begin at 09.00 and finish at 4.00 with a short break mid morning and afternoon with an hour lunch break.

Qualification Aims
To be able to provide a good level of customer service, as appraised by the Welcome Host scheme.

Assessments/Examinations
Welcome Host provide a workbook for completion throughout the day.

The cost for the course is£75.00
