Course Summary:
This course is part of Langside Colleges Lifestyle Programme which provides leisure courses and stress reducing classes in a wide variety of subjects. The portfolio of classes available is constantly updated to reflect current interests and seasonal activities.
Course Content:
The class will cover: how wine is made; tasting and evaluating wines; understanding wine labels and matching wines with food.
Each week a number of wines from around the world will be tasted. The enrolment fee includes the cost of the wines.
For hygiene reasons, please bring along six of your own wine glasses.
For safety reasons, do not drink and drive.
