  • Found the starting the course process easy to do. Had a session that identified what I had to do to complete the qualification and my assessor Tom worked with me to follow this through as I had a lot of experience that counted towards the assessments. He explained everything to me always and this was good. No need to attend college or to travel distances as he came to me on site at arranged times and this was really useful and also saved me time and money. Felt confident and wasnt talked down and enjoyed seeing how well i was progressing with him. Had a good experience and would recomend this to anyone who needs to get the qualification and like me doesnt have the certificate - The assessor was great and his experience and knowledege was good as he understood what I was doing and also understood about sites.
