Aims

This course is aimed at anyone working at height as part of their role. It will ensure thay are aware of the new legislation affecting them.

Description

At the end of the course delegates will be able to state the length of time ladders should be used for, identify the heirarchy of control for working at height and the main factors leading to falls from height; understand how legislation (LOLER, PUWER & Management of Health & Safety Regulations) apply to working at height; and list the difference between work positioning, fall arrest & work restraint equipment.
