The employment relationship is a daily reality for most of us which inevitably lasts for most of our working life. This course is broadly suited to anyone who wishes to know their rights, develop their knowledge, embark on further education either as the employer or the employee and candidates pursuing careers in law or human resources may also find this course particularly beneficial.

On this course you will:
Explore how employment law is informed and developed, and how it is dealt with by the courts and tribunals
Develop your knowledge in a wide range of areas, ranging from the law of contract, through to discrimination and redundancy
Learn how the law and regulation have an impact on the running of a business.
Investigate the policies and procedures which are required in order to comply with existing legislation
You don't need any prior skills in the subject area to start this course.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement by ABC Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details all of the units you have completed as part of your course).
