Writing YOUR Own Personal Story

The course is for anyone with the desire to write about their life experience and who wish to tell their own life story. During the course the sessions will take an individual approach to creative writing which will offer a range of strategies to help students develop their writing. The course will encourage students to value their own resources of memory, observation and voice. The course is for anyone with a desire to express thoughts and memories through writing within their own creativity. Through teaching, discussion and practice you will gain an understanding of what is required to write your autobiography.
During this seven week course the emphasis is highly practical, with exercises and activities designed to ignite and sustain the writing impulse. The course has an 7 week structure including but not limited to:
No previous experience required; just an enquiring mind and desire to create.
