We have worked in partnership with Yale University, USA, to provide a unique five-day residential programme that is designed to address the skills gap in leadership and management in the UK health and social care sector. With the significant changes facing the health and social care sector, it is clear that UK senior executives need to consider very different approaches when competing in a more complex commissioned and provider market.
