Judy Garrett BWYDip is a registered British Wheel of Yoga Teacher. She has lived in and around Aboyne for 12 years, recently returning from California. She has been practicing yoga for over 30 years, and has studied in the UK and Italy with: Rosa Richardson in the Iyengar tradition; Dr Françoise Freedman , founder of the Birthlight Foundation; Ian Scorgie, exemplifying pranayama; and Sophie Hoare, a protege of Vanda Scaravelli. In California, Judy was taught by Judith Hanson-Lassiter, Shiva Rea, Gary Kraftsow and studied meditation at the Chinmaya Mission Gokul. ...
