3. Entry requirements a) Guidance needed: General wellness all students will be required to complete a health declaration at the beginning of the course. If you have any health issues you need to discuss your participation in this course with your GP first. b) Entry requirements: General fitness see above. C) What to wear: Light clothing Zumba® can make you very warm and clammy. Footwear is very important I do recommend Zumba®/jazz pumps or trainers with flat smooth sole rather than running trainers. If you only have trainers, these are ok but you may have to be careful about foot patterns as this can be heavy on the knees. 4. Equipment required Please bring plenty of water - it is essential to keep hydrated. Bring a pen to record progress. Wear comfortable sportswear and supportive footwear - i.e. trainers, dance pumps, t-shirt, leggings etc. 5. Assessment method Tutor will demonstrate and break down steps to students before the routine is performed. Watch the tutor - there will be some verbal instructions during routines but not throughout and this is part of the fun.
