Course programme
On this course you will:
- learn effective, powerful techniques for modelling characters that are invested with personality
- sculpt realistic or cartoon faces and heads using Zbrush
- work with state-of-the-art Cintiq drawing tablets
- apply Dynamesh, Fibermesh, UV mapping and Polypaint texturing in ZBrush to an original character design
- export your artwork ready for animation
- use Maya to bring your creation to life
- learn the fundamental principles of rigging an exported version of your 3D sculpt for animated facial expressions.
The course is delivered in a stimulating workshop environment through informative step-by-step tutorials and one-to-one guidance.
You’ll also create photo-realistic renders of your work for your portfolio (using Arnold).
