Each Day starts with Energising exercises, Healing Sounds, Meditation following which is we enjoy a good breakfast.
Following breakfast class runs between 9am & 4.30pm
5.30pm Energising exercises, Healing Sounds, Meditation following which is we enjoy a good dinner.
8pm - Most evenings there will be an activity, video or down time.
