On successful completion of the A1 NVQ Assessor Award you will have achieved the Certificate in Assessing Candidates Using a Range of Methods. In addition to the A1 NVQ Assessor Award being a qualification in its own right the A1 Award enables you to progress to further qualifications as it is integral to both the Internal Vefrifier Awards and External Verifier Awards. It is also an optional Unit towards NVQ Level 3 and NVQ Level 4 in Learning and Development and NVQ Level 3 in Direct Training and Support. Suitable for: The A1 NVQ Assessor Award is designed to offer those individuals who are, or will be, concerned with assessing learners taking NVQ courses, a programme of training in skills, techniques and principles of assessing competency using a variety of assessment methods.
