Course Aims:
A2 is the second stage of the full A level and students taking this course will have taken the AS within the last year. This course, also an AQA qualification, builds on the work done at AS level and aims to develop further knowledge of English.

Course Content:
The A2 course builds and develops the skills and knowledge gained from the AS.

Progression:
This level provides the basis for progression to degree level study or equivalent.

Awarding Body:
AQA

Exam:
Assessment is through three modular exams which can be taken in January or May/June and which combine with the three AS modules.
As an alternative to the topic paper, you may do coursework based on these topics.
