About this course

The course can be pursued by students willing to learn Black and White processing. Practical skills are taught from basic to advanced levels. A 35mm camera with manual control is needed.

What will I learn?
You will be taught advanced photographic techniques alongside the historical, social and cultural aspects of the medium.

Assessment

Assessment takes the form of 1 individual coursework assignment and a monitored practical exam.

On Completion Achievement / Progression
The course will provide you with the skills necessary for photographic based work in a range of related areas. Alongside other relevant qualifications, the Photography 'A' level would allow you to pursue a range of study areas from the Arts, to Photography, to the Media.
