A2 Photography

This is the consolidation year of the A/S - A2 Programme.
It aims to encouage development of personal photographic practice and provides the opportunity to explore both self-directed and documentary projects.
Entry RequirementsA/S Photography or equivalent Level 3 Photographic qualification.
Students should have their own SLR and Lenses 135/120 or Digital FormatCourse Content
Coursework Assignments

Working in one or a combination of the following:·Portraiture
·Landscape
·Still Life
·Experimental
·Documentary Photography

Plus a 15 hour controlled test

A mix of practicals and seminars to support students understanding and appreciation of contempory and historical photographic practices.

How will I be assessed?
A mix of coursework and a controlled test issued by AQA (providing four weeks of preparation and fifteen hours in which to complete the actual photographic work).
What can I do next?
The complete A Level provides a sound foundation for progression on to University photography programmes
