Our new A-Level Psychology Course aims to develop your understanding of how science contributes to the success of society. You will learn about different areas of psychology and how they relate to each other.
Through studying this course, you will gain transferable skills of analysis, evaluation and critical thinking. You will also gain knowledge and understanding of how science works which will prepare you for further study. If you are fascinated by the idea of understanding the human brain - if you want to grasp the complexities of human behaviour A-Level Psychology is for you.

About this course
On this course you will:
Develop a broad understanding to the scope and nature of psychology as a science.
Apply knowledge and understanding rather than just acquiring knowledge.
Engage in issues and debates in contemporary psychology.
Gain knowledge and understanding of theory and practice of psychology through direct study of case studies.
Develop an appreciation of the relationship between research, policy and practices in applying psychology in everyday life.
This A-level builds on the course content of GCSE, although it is not necessary to have this qualification before undertaking this A-level.
Upon successful completion of this home learning course you will receive an A-Level qualification.
