(7. Changing of abrasive wheels. (8. Assessment in the safe mounting of the wheel/disc and use of the machine. Suitable for: in order to comply with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations, 1998, and the Health and Safety at Work act, 1974, this course must be taken by anyone who fits abrasive wheels to equipment or uses equipment fitted with abrasive wheels.

Course Description:

Practical and theoretical training with multimedia presentations, to demonstrate the need for safety in the use of abrasive wheels.

At the end of the course candidates will take a short test of the content covered and upon completion will receive a Certificate of Competence.

Training is provided either at our own specialised site or provided for in house training.
