I want to thank you for the brilliant Ultrasonic Lipo-Cavitation Course that I did with you recently. It was so helpful and insurable as well which was vital for my business.
I've done many therapy courses over the last few years and they have varied from poorly constructed teach-ins designed to make money for the teacher, to sound clinically based tutorials. The latter are few and far between and good therapy teaching is rare in my experience.
I have to say that your course was probably the best I have done. Your clinical and technical knowledge is outstanding and your practical teaching is superb. You do so much more than just pass on knowledge to justify giving a certificate. You have that rare gift of being a highly competent teacher and also a very good encourager.
It means that I can now do these treatments safely and profitably, with complete confidence.
Thanks once again for such a good course and so enjoyable an experience too! I would highly recommend your courses to anybody, without hesitation.

History
Academy of Advanced Beauty, founded by Barbara Freytag in 2009, is one of the UK's leading beauty and aesthetic training providers. Created for aesthetic practitioners and beauty therapists holding Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications, or equivalent, the Academy of Advanced Beauty provides high quality and in depth courses in non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Since its conception, our team of highly dedicated and experienced professionals have been committed to providing bespoke training packages in non-invasive aesthetic courses to best suit our students. We are constantly developing courses for treatments we anticipate will grow within the beauty and aesthetics industry, and our medical training and specialisation with Ultrasound has helped us create some of the newest courses for cutting-edge treatments, with special mention to High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) which is steadily growing in popularity across the UK and abroad.
We aim to offer new and innovative courses and have responded to our students’ requests to provide courses for new and emerging treatments. Barbara Freytag, the Principal of Academy of Advanced Beauty, is a highly trained radiographer, having worked in Poland’s top heart transplant team in the early stages of her career. Now one of the UK’s best-known aesthetic and beauty training practitioners, specialising in treatments utilising Ultrasound, Radio Frequency and other non-invasive technology, Barbara has been closely working with leading insurance companies and regulatory bodies, having written the first wave of non-invasive treatment courses, and being one of the first people to write courses on new treatments such as Acoustic Wave Therapy and High Intensity Focused Ultrasound, to name a few.
As most new aesthetic technology has migrated from the medical world, Barbara’s medical experience has given her a considerable edge in writing courses explaining detailed core knowledge behind the treatments, what makes the treatment effective, and how to get the best results, safely. Concentrating on training students to really understand the treatment rather than selling any particular machine, has enabled Barbara to stay independent.
We are a small team, working to the highest standards. We are proud of our achievements and translate this into our training sessions where we take pride in seeing our students thrive when given individual attention and care.
