Andre is based in London and has a great passion for Speech, Linguistics and English Language. Andre graduated with a BSc Honours degree in voice and drama, and since then has gained experience working with the BBC and has taken part in various British movies. Andre specialises in coaching and training clients in public speech, elocution, intonation, voice projection and foreign and regional accent reduction. Andre's training began at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, which is part of the University West Of England. History

Accent Softening was set up in 2005. We are based in Balham- 10 minutes from Victoria or London Bridge train station.

Advantages of studying here

Many of us feel disadvantaged because of the way we speak. This may be because you grew up in a rough neighbourhood, or you have a strong regional accent or because you are not a native English speaker.

Communication problems can lead to stereotyping and unnecessary misunderstanding. A clear diction and pronunciation and a good command of your voice, including breathing ability, helps you to put your points across more eloquently. Our courses will help all those, who wish to communicate better.
