Course programme

Traditional causation models focus largely on unsafe acts and conditions. These models often result in labour/management confrontations with management blaming workers and workers blaming management. In this course, learners will learn a systems-failure model that engages all stakeholders, and shifts from a blame-based approach to a more progressive and effective accident causation belief system.
