Accounting AAT Diploma level 3

Year 1

During your one-year programme of study you will be required to undertake the following subjects: financial accounts; prepare a profit and loss balance sheet; prepare costs and revenue reports; prepare cash flow forecasts; prepare VAT returns; apply professional ethics in accounts and finance; and use spreadsheets in accounting and finance.

Standard entry to this course requires one reference. It is desirable that you can demonstrate 90 attendance. A GCSE in both English and maths at grade 4 (C) or above is required. You will also need to have successfully completed level 2 AAT in order to have gained the accounting knowledge necessary for level 3. Consideration will be given to all applicants over the age of 19 who do not hold formal English and maths qualifications.
