Our MSc Accounting and Finance will give you with a solid understanding of financial and management accounting systems used around the world and how they are applied in decision-making.
You’ll also receive a complete introduction to financial theory through a study of the challenges of investing capital. You’ll learn econometric techniques and take courses in the foundations of accounting and finance, equipping you to thrive in today’s fast changing global business environment.
This course’s core modules cover highly relevant theory, in addition to the quantitative techniques you’ll need to understand the literature and carry out empirical investigations.

Accountants and finance professionals help us to navigate the wide and complicated world of finance.
Our MSc Accounting and Finance is taught by Surrey Business School. You will graduate equipped with the skills needed to work in multinational corporations, and be a successful decision-maker in an increasingly complex, global financial environment.
This course is practical in nature, and will encourage you to embrace regular opportunities to engage with real-world business problems throughout your studies.
A minimum of a 2:2 UK honours degree in either Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or Mathematics, or a recognised equivalent international qualification.
