It is an easy course you can take at home. I completed it at own pace, asking for help any time I needed it. I would recommend this course to anyone who don’t have any experience at audio transcription. I now intend to take the examination at a local test centre.

This was the cheapest I was able to find this qualification. I do wish I'd done a text processing refresher course before hand but by working through the papers I have learned alot. Im almost at the midway point and I'm enjoying it. The staff are helpful and easily to contact
