What I would highlight:
I have truly enjoyed this course on Emotional Intelligence for Leaders and I think it is especially useful since I came away with many good ideas. The tutors' relaxed style allowed me to interact well and his clear delivery meant that more complex concepts were easily understood. Everything was excellent! Thanks a lot!

What I would highlight:
I am delighted with the Leadership masterclass I took with Action and Theory Ltd. It was a very helpful and informative module. It taught me about how people think differently to others and to embrace these differences and adapt any conversations appropriate to the audience. The tutor was capable of adadpting the course to our needs whilst still giving us all the tools we need to be affective leaders. I truly enjoyed the course.

Coaching Skills for Leaders Masterclass

What I would highlight:
The Coaching Skills for Leaders is an extremely useful course. I particularly appreciated the role play practice for the coaching techniques. The tutor is an experienced, knowledgeable and perceptive facilitator. I would recommend this course for anyone who needs to communicate with others, particularly on a one-to-one basis. I myself have to deal with tons of people everyday and I am now using all the things I learnt thanks to Action and Theory Ltd.

Leadership Masterclass

What I would highlight:
The Leadership Masterclass was not only good for learning how to communicate effectively with people from your team, but also an eye-opening. This course was very helpful and educational. The instructor was amazing. He helped us understand how to change our language to match the person/people we communicate with and how to motivate them in a workplace situation. Action and Theory has proven to be an excellent provider and I would highly recommend them.

What I would highlight:
I attended the Leadership Masterclass with Action and Theory Ltd. I would highly recommed this course. We had an engaging tutor, changing the pace and direction to benefit the audience but still keeping on track. He was a very open-minded person, willing to answering all our questions and he put effort in articulating his responses. Apart from the instructor, the course materials were excellent, easy to follow and well-structured.

The Coaching Skills for Leaders is an excellent course. The tutor was very knowledgeable and able to pass that knowledge on to others. He was able to get everyone involved in the group, checked for understanding and provoked thought and delivered his message with clarity and conviction. The materials were all very clear and easy to understand. A 10 out of 10!

What I would highlight:
The Leading Effective Teams Masterclass surpassed all my expectations. The presentation style was clear and relevant and the tutor was quite efficient in building confidence and understanding. The facilitator showed an amazing ability to set up a friendly atmosphere in which all participants were willing to discuss issues in a creative and purposeful environment. Honestly, a very positive experience with Action and Theory Ltd. 10/10

What I would highlight:
The Time Management for Leaders is a very comprehensive course that I truly enjoyed and would recommend. I really liked that the tutors were calm yet business like manner that ensured the one day course progressed effortlessly and achieved its goal. Also the materials were very well-organised and easy to follow. I am now revising my notes as I want to keep them. Very useful information. Thanks!
