The Action Factory is run by Trainer and Author Michael Dawson who has many years experience in front line therpautic work. He has worked in the social care sector with troubled families and individuals in youth and family work. He also designed bespoke programmes and services for the National Health Service and the Mental Health service. He has also worked in a commercial environment for many years as both a manager and succesful salesman. Description
The Action Factory can offer bespoke team training to suit your needs at a similar cost to most “Off the shelf” packages. We start with what you want to achieve and what opportunities you have available and work upwards instead of the other way round. We have provided full team training in “Family Therapy” as well as one or two day refresher workshops. Some of our business clients have enjoyed our afternoon self hypnosis workshops providing a fun and interesting end to their conference or team get together.
