Course Information:
Average time: 12 hours learning time to complete, spread over a period of 1 month.
Overview:
This course is designed to apply to current categories of care homes, either residential, nursing or children's homes.
The course is also designed for those people who are part of care agencies and who administer medicines and all staff who dispense medication or assist residents with their own medications, or come into contact with medication.
To comply with the National Minimum Standards Regulations in Care Homes. This course is for persons involved in the administration of medicines to residents in care settings or persons supported in their own home by carers. This course can also be used as a refresher for more experienced staff.
