Adobe FrameMaker 7.0 Structured: Defining an EDD and other tools

Objectives

This course teaches delegates how to build a FrameMaker+SGML structured template. While the principle focus is on design and implementation of FrameMaker+SGML Element Definition Documents (EDDs), the course also includes material on conversion tables for adding elements to unstructured, legacy documents, and on setting up HTML conversion.


Pre-requisites:

The Authoring Structured Documents training course or the Formatting Structured Documents training course, or a good working knowledge of authoring and formatting FrameMaker documents. Experience with SGML is helpful but not required.
