About this course
You do not need any formal qualifications but you would be expected to have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and be working in the hospitality industry. Placements may be found for those with experience and who are currently unemployed.

Course programme
What will I study on the course?
You will study and learn to provide leadership for your team, develop productive working relationships with colleagues, contribute to the control of resources, maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment, lead a team to improve customer service. You will need to choose a supervisory unit from your occupational area e.g. supervise food production operations, functions, food services, drink services or housekeeping services.
