Course Content: The qualification is made up of three units which consist of: Unit 1 - Understanding the Principles and Practice of Assessment Unit 2 – Assess Occupational Competence in the Work Environment Unit 3 – Assess Vocational Skills, Knowledge and Understanding How will I be assessed? You will be assessed through the preparation of a portfolio of evidence to prove your abilities in assessing competence. Are there any additional costs or specialist equipment required? You will need to provide stationery. What can I do after this course? Implement what you have learnt in the workplace and improve practices Progress to an Internal Verifier Award Progress to a Train the Trainer course Progress to a Level 3 Award or Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, if your role involves delivery to groups of learners alongside assessing Progress to a Facilitating Individual Learning and Development course if your role involves individual teaching or training Progress to a Coaching course
