This programme is designed to be hands-on for learners who are interested in advancing their knowledge in electronics. A step-by-step approach to learning for guiding you in troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuits. Each session will last 2 hours and the course lasts 10 weeks. This course is designed to deliver the theory and practical work for Electronic Engineering.

The following elements will be covered during the course:-
• Health and safety in the workshop
• Able to use measurement and testing equipment (oscilloscope)
• Able to build electronic circuits with minimum help and support
• Able to interpret block, circuit, and lay out diagrams for electronic circuits
• Able to use software for electronic circuit simulation and design
• Able to analyse circuits and produce step by step for fault finding
• Able to plan execute and manage own project
• Able to plan and build digital electronic circuits using logic gates and counters
• Able to plan and program microcontrollers PIC
• To perform repair on electronic circuits (Computer power supply)
• To perform repair on electronic circuits (function generator)
• To build and test operational amplifier-based analogue circuits
• To build and test combinational and sequential logic circuits
• To use computer-based simulation software packages to construct and test the operation of analogue and digital circuits
• Understands how electronic circuit works, also able to draw block diagrams
• Building electronic circuits that comply with quality and accuracy standards
