Full demonstration of deep tissue massage and some hands free techniques

Techniques on stretching and working out muscle knots,

Trigger point work,

Using a G5 or similar massage machine to aid tension reduction,

Lymphatic drainage to help athletes muscles maintain optimum performance.

Body Massage diploma is essential as this is an advanced massage course.

2 Days

There will be continuous formative assessments takes place during the day while you practise and take information from your tutor. On completion of the final you will be expected to answer verbal questions and perform massages and show what you have learned via hypothetical scenarios proposed by your tutor.
