This course is aimed at enhancing your skills, knowledge and expertise. In adopting an evidence based approach to practice, the aim is for you to become an autonomous critical self-reflective practitioner. In addition, the intention is also to enhance your confidence in leading change through innovative insights within a haematology service in a complex, unpredictable healthcare environment.
