Course Overview:
This qualification is primarily aimed at candidates who provide advice and guidance support to others. It recognises that employment in the advice and guidance sectors involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities. This is shown in the range of optional units available.
The qualification requires proof of competence across both mandatory and optional units, achieving a total of 21 credits.
Establish communication with clients for advice and guidance

Understand the importance of legislation and procedures

Entry Requirements: This qualification is suitable for those: who have particular customer service and administrative or supervisory job roles who are working in designated advice or guidance organisations whose role is to provide service to customers and support to practitioners
