Entry Requirements:
This qualification is suitable for those:
who have particular customer service and administrative or supervisory job roles
who are working in designated advice or guidance organisations
whose role is to provide service to customers and support to practitioners

Course Delivery:
The qualification requires proof of competence across both mandatory and optional units.
- Develop interactions with advice and guidance clients
- Manage a personal caseload
- Evaluate and develop own contribution to the service
- Operate within networks
- Understand the importance of legislation
Optional units from a selection including:
- Present cases for advice and guidance clients in formal proceedings
- Undertake research for the service and its clients
- Design information materials for use in the service
- Assist advice and guidance clients to decide on a course of action
- Enable advice and guidance clients to access referral opportunities
- Assist clients through advice and guidance and review their achievement of a course of action
With the support of your assessor you will undertake work based assessments, observations, witness testimonies, case studies, statements and work based evidence.
