The course is aimed at accounts personnel who are currently responsible for the administration of a manual or partly computerised accounting system. It is also suitable for those who are studying in preparation for employment in bookkeeping/accounts job roles and wish to gain a broad experience in using computerised accounts software. There are no formal entry requirements. However, a knowledge of basic bookkeeping terms, computer awareness and keyboarding skills are essential. Formal tuition, using simple step-by-step workbook. It is the aim of the course to introduce a highly efficient computerised filing system. It will enable you to have a broad experience and widen your competence in using computerised accounts software. The course uses the latest SAGE Line 50 software, popular with many businesses and industry. These short courses are run throughout the academic year (Term time ONLY).
