Agriculture City & Guilds (NPTC) Diploma Level 2

Ideal if: you are hoping to work in agriculture and would like to get to know the industry better.

You'll need: four GCSEs at grade D or above, including English and mathematics, or equivalent qualifications.

You'll learn: practical farming skills and gain a deeper understanding about how a farm really works as well as studying subjects such as agricultural business, crop husbandry, livestock husbandry, farm machinery operation and maintenance.

Expect: to attend college for four days a week and undertake work placement one day a week plus a two week block in the spring or summer term.
