An incredible place, both for treatment and ayurvedic massage course. I surely prescribe a Massage course at Ayurveda Institute. Dr Sharma is a decent teacher, gave every fundamental clarification about the rudiments of ayurveda and demonstrated all the massage methods so I could without much of a stretch comprehend and recall that them.

I took the diet and nutrition course at mscm. Truly think this is one of the best courses available for this field due to the high standards and professionalism of the school and the knowledge and dedication of the tutor. The school also does seminars of individual subjects such as 7 a day, fats, protein, fats, truth about sugar, supplements, taught by Margaret for people interested in diet and nutrition but don't need the qualification.
