Anger Management Professional Coaching and Consultancy The objective of this course is to enable the graduate to gain the knowledge, methods and skills needed in order to provide effective Anger Management training and coaching to members of the public. The course methods include Personal Development Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Training, Life Coaching and Relaxation Training. The course is designed to enable the graduate to practice in line with the NOS National Occupational Standards for Counselling (ENTO 1995). The anatomy, physiology, self care and healing content are designed to promote adherence to the NOS National Occupational Standards for Healing. Exercise and nutrition modules are designed to relate closely to the NOS National Occupational Standards for Allied Health Professions (AHP).
